An architectural, engineering and smart-resort development environment

This platform is not a hotel booking website. It is a private development environment prepared for H.E. Prof. Ben Bengioushuye Ayade, presenting the proposed resort as a digital twin concept: architectural design, technical specification, procurement planning and operational simulation in one interconnected record.

Concept, digital engineering and technology by Prime Digital Tek Ltd, with EPC and fabrication collaboration by Brobags Limited. The proposed hospitality benchmark is subject to franchise agreement, brand approval and confirmation of applicable design standards.

Survey-constrained masterplan

A provisional metre-scale reconstruction of Plot 1261 — 4,796.3 m² recorded. Verified boundaries, setbacks and easements are required before facility placement is approved.

Modular villa collection

Single-storey, two-bedroom prefabricated steel villas with private pools, building-integrated solar roofing and containerised delivery from factory to site.

Engineering & procurement register

A 36-package tender structure with specifications, quantities, manufacturer alternatives and installation requirements — preliminary until validated.

Prime Resort OS

A demonstration of the intended smart-resort operating platform: digital identity, NFC credentials, cashless resort wallet and villa automation.
